This is me. This is how I de-stress, how I manage big feelings and difficult situations. I keep this part of me very private, or at least I have. But....This is the year of living out loud, bravely and from soul. This is about being my whole true self all day everyday. Because to be loved for who you are is precious and to then love another, the greatest gift.
